Shipments are sent via UPS ground, and via USPS Priority if a PO box is used by the customer. Most orders place by 2:00 pm will be shipped on the same day, Tuesday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Tuesday. A confirmation email will be sent when an order is placed, and tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. In the case of an unavoidable shipping delay you will be notified by email. Please see the map below for shipping times within the United States.
Quail Hollow Tack ships only within the United States at this time.
Free In-Store Pickup
As a courtesy to our local customers, we also offer free in-store pickup. This is only available to customers able to pick up their order in our Flower Mound store. Orders are available for pickup after 12pm on our next business day unless you are notified otherwise.
Some items are not eligible for in store pickup. If these items are included in an order marked for in store pickup, they will be shipped separately. Items not eligible for in store pickup are noted in the product description.
Because the store is closed on Sunday and Monday, orders placed on Saturday - Monday will be fulfilled on the following Tuesday.
If a purchase from Quail Hollow Tack is unsatisfactory or damaged, it may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item(s) you ordered. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns of any horse bit, or any leather item that has been cleaned, conditioned, or oiled. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after more than 30 days post-purchase.

Once the return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent. If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, less the original shipping cost.
Clearance and sale items will not be considered for exchange or refund unless the product was received damaged or defective.
